Since I came back 5th of May from a hospital admission at a Psychiatric Ward that lasted two months ,I decided that I need take more responsibility for my physical fitness. It is often said that they can greatly help each other, One way of doing this is by counting steps. Everyone seems to to saying ‘one small step at the time’. Therefore, this page will serve as my Steps log. I’m aiming to complete between 7-10k steps daily.
